Is Improving Your Speed Important To You?

Discover The Ultimate Step-By-Step Proven System For Drastically Improving Your Top Speed & Running Mechanics

Best Speed Training Program

It's Time To Start Doing The Correct Training That Will Get YOU Results.

Speed is the key difference maker when it comes to having the advantage over your opponent on the field.

For example, can you guess what would make athlete A fast vs. athlete B slow?

Is because athlete A has a harder, more intense workout than athlete B…. Or maybe athlete A is stronger than athlete B…. Is it because athlete A works on speed almost everyday while athlete B doesn’t….

Actually no... But say you guessed one of the three examples above. Don’t worry, I used to think that too.

These are some of the common myths when it comes to training for speed. Now let me explain more in detail…

First off, I see this way too often. Many trainers have the mindset that if a training session doesn’t push their athletes to exhaustion or to the point where the athlete is close to throwing up, then it wasn’t the best workout… Second, just because an athlete is stronger in the weight room, doesn’t necessarily mean it’s going to transfer over to sprinting faster. Plus, if a trainer is putting an athlete through a hard workout too often, the athlete will become overtrained. In result, that athlete will for sure feel sore more often, see an increase in injuries, and see a decrease in athletic performance.

When it comes to pushing athletes to exhaustion, remember rest and recovery is key! It’s the time between your training session where you’re going to see results. When it comes to an athlete’s strength, if being stronger than someone else precisely correlates to speed, then the athletes that can squat up to and more than 500 lbs would technically be the fastest athletes in the world, blowing Usain Bolt past the finish line.

But think about it, is this true? No!

Even though you really want to go hard every day, please remember, it’s always better to be under trained than over trained.  The goal of a productive training session should be to stimulate your body's physiological response to that specific training. If you’re put through too much work in a short amount of time, you’re not going to see the results you’re looking for and your body will end up breaking down over time.

Although these are just a few facts about speed training, it will lead you to success when it comes to increasing your speed to start sprinting faster. And don’t get me wrong, it's okay for you to give it 100% during your training session, but it's equally important to train smart!

Developing game changing speed is simple if you have the right system that is proven and comes from years of testing, knowledge, and consistent training.

Especially if you’ve ever been on YouTube or Instagram where it seems like every trainer self-proclaims themselves as a “Master Trainer” with all of the secrets to get you faster.  They will go on to show crazy exercises to help you “Drop Your 40 Yard Dash”.... Only to promise you that if you buy their programs, you will drop your 40 by .2 seconds, increase your vertical by 3 inches, or drop your pro-agility time by .3 seconds….

I can promise you one thing. That has never been what Gridiron Elite Training represents or stands for...  and we will never be like that. What I can guarantee you is with the proper guidance and education, putting in the time and hard work, and with the correct system that is proven, you will become a faster, more explosive athlete. I can also guarantee you that ALL of our programs have been proven and tested by thousands of athletes. Our programs are put together by specialists with years and years of experience and have been used to help athletes of all levels.

When I was in my playing days, even though I was regarded as the best player in the entire conference after winning conference defensive player of the year, I still was not the fastest on my team and I was determined to change that. I was lucky enough to train at one of the top sports performance facilities with former NFL players to help guide and teach me about the body and the correct ways to get faster. And after receiving the proper guidance and education and the right system that is proven, I became the fastest on the team!

Then, I want to ask you... Right now, are you in the same boat I was? Wanting to increase your speed to become the fastest on your team? Or maybe the fastest in your conference? Or maybe for yourself, so you can run a faster 40 yard dash time?

If you said yes to any of three questions, then look no further. You have found the right place that will help you every step of the way. With the Flash Speed Training Program, I took all of my years of experience and knowledge, along with the training I was taught to make this proven speed training program to help you.

And by the time you finish the Flash Speed Training Program, you will…

1. Sprint Faster

2. Run with Proper Technique

3. Increased Acceleration

4. Developed your Fast-Twitch Muscles

5. Improved Deceleration to Stop on a Dime

6. Improved Quickness and Change of Direction

7. Increased Explosiveness

If you’ve been wanting to get faster and improve your athleticism, then wait no more. I have the solution for your athletic success. It’s up to you to take it and put in the work. Please don’t think for a second being able to improve your speed can’t work for you. If you’ve tried over and over again with no results, don’t give up! You need to trust me that we are in this together and I will be with you every step of the way.

Of course, athletes receive exceptional results from our speed training program, but sports performance training is not about doing a 8-week program then sitting on then relaxing and playing video games until the start of season. The top athletes in the world train consistently to reach their fullest potential. I'm not saying you need to go all out every day of the year with no breaks. You need to continue to train to develop your athleticism. That is why we offer many different training options, such as a personal custom training plan, our speed and agility training app, and our strength and conditioning program at the completion of the Flash Speed Training Program.
