Our app consists of a cutting-edge step-by-step proven speed training system that incorporates all the essential pieces of athletic speed development, including linear speed, fast-twitch muscle fiber recruitment, knee drive, turnover, reaching max speed faster, multi-directional speed, explosiveness and injury prevention. 

We use a fast-twitch muscle fiber recruitment training strategy combined with resistance bands to condition muscles, tendons and nervous systems for speed, acceleration and quickness.

The exercises in the app are designed to train muscles to improve sports performance attributes like sprinting faster, jumping higher, hitting harder, throwing farther, kicking farther, all with improved speed and power. 

The app is easy to follow with video demonstrations for every exercise and drill and it will allow you to reach your max sports performance potential.

After purchasing the app, you will receive a welcome email and immediately taken to a page for you to set-up your profile with the app. You will input your body stats, preferences, and fill out the consultation form so we can get to know you better. After, you will then be automatically directed to download the app to your phone with your personal profile synced up and ready to get after the training.

Our app is $4.99 per month or $49 per year for the weekly sports performance training. With the monthly membership, you can cancel at anytime. With the yearly membership, you can cancel at the end of each year. For custom training programs, our price is a one-time pay of only $99 for a 3 month custom wokout training plan.

Yes, anyone can use this app. We recommend having access to a gym to utilize some of the equipment we use for the workouts. If for some reason you don't have access to certain equipment, you can direct message your trainer through the app so he can send you a modification exercise in place of the exercise you don't have equipment for or may be to challenging at the moment.

As a parent, you can help your child get the most out of the training by positive talk. If your child has a tough time in the beginning of the training, keep your child motivated by using positive encouragement and talk. Remind your child that this is a process and the results will come. 

Also, try to follow the workout schedule and get into a routine. I understand if unexpected things pop up out of your control, but being in a consistent routine will keep your child stay motivated and ready to put in work. 

Finally, track your calories and sleep through the app. Help your child by providing good quality, healthy foods, lots of water, and good quality consistent sleep. This will help with your child recover faster between training sessions.
