These programs works best if you have at least 1 year of sports performance training. It is not ideal for the absolute beginner who has never worked out before. However, special consideration is given to beginning clients. I provide special modifications to effectively and safely progress you through various levels of training from stabilization, strength, muscular growth, and power.
No, there is no need to purchase any equipment if you have access to a gym. If you don’t have access to a gym or weights, I recommend the Flash Speed Program. The Strength and Conditioning Program requires weights. The Flash Speed Program requires (for best results) resistance bands, agility cones or agility hurdles, and a low box or step to perform step up variations.
