Get Stronger For Football Season

The Exact 12 Week Blueprint You Need To Follow To Increase Your Strength And Power For Season

strength and conditioning program for football players

It's Time To Start Doing The Correct Training That Will Get YOU Results.

Strength training is important for athletes across all sports...

And as an experienced strength and conditioning coach, I get asked these questions A LOT! Maybe you even asked your strength coach..

“My squat is stuck. I've been at the same max for months. What can I do to improve my squat?" or maybe....

"I am not seeing gains in my bench press, am I doing the right workouts?”....or “What workouts can I do differently than what I am doing now, I’ve been doing the same workout and not seeing results, what can I do differently?”

If you've asked any of these questions.... Don't worry, you're not alone! These are all questions that get asked frequently in every weight room in the world, and I even asked those questions when I was in my playing days.

Then, why would YOU ever plateau? Even when you think you are doing everything right to increase your strength and power?

Many reasons can cause you to plateau, maybe you're not getting enough rest? Maybe not eating the right foods and drinking enough water daily? Or an unexpected injury got in the way? Maybe you took some time off from training or you've been over-training? There are a variety of factors that could cause you to plateau...

But I am here to tell you.... Even if you are in a plateau right now, don't worry, I am here to help you get past it! But how?

Let me give you an example... Think of your favorite professional athlete. Imagine that athlete was one who has dominated in his/her sport for years! Maybe this athlete was at the top, blowing past the competition.... Until one year, they fell short of the prize and was regarded as "Oh, that athlete is not what he/she used to be" or "the competition now caught up to that athlete".... Until the next year came along.... and your favorite athlete came back with a chip on his/her shoulder and rose back to the top!

How did this happen? Did the competition get worse? Did your favorite athlete take the year off prior? Absolutely not! It's because of the focus and dedication in the off-season to come back stronger and more prepared for the upcoming season. Your favorite athlete got smarter about his/her training and recovery.

When you hit a plateau, I almost guarantee you your body adapted to the workout demands that were placed on your body. And I want you to understand (so you're not beating yourself up to much) that it’s normal! So what do you do? Do you have to train more? Eat healthier? Add more weight to the lifts? Train harder than before? Take more time off to recover? Of course, you can say yes to all of the above, but you need to have realistic Yes, but with some realistic goals and a smart approach when it comes to planning your training.

Developing the strength and power needed for your sport is simple if you have the right system that is proven and comes from years of testing, knowledge, and consistent training.

Especially if you’ve ever been on YouTube or Instagram where it seems like every trainer self-proclaims themselves as a “Master Trainer” with all of the secrets to get you stronger.  They will go on to show crazy exercises to help you “Increase your squat by 50 pounds in 30 days”.... Only to promise you that if you buy their programs, you will increase your squat by 50 pounds, increase your bench by 100 pounds, or this program will make you the most powerful athlete on the field….

I can promise you one thing. That has never been what Gridiron Elite Training represents or stands for...  and we will never be like that. What I can guarantee you is with the proper guidance and education, putting in the time and hard work, and with the correct system that is proven, you will become a stronger, more powerful athlete. I can also guarantee you that ALL of our programs have been proven and tested by thousands of athletes. Our programs are put together by specialists with years and years of experience and have been used to help athletes of all levels.

When I was in my playing days, even though I was regarded as the best player in the entire conference after winning conference defensive player of the year, I still was as strong in the weight room as I was a few seasons prior, and I was determined to make it my goal to reach PR's in my bench, squat, and cleans. I was lucky enough to train at one of the top sports performance facilities with former NFL players to help guide and teach me about the body and the correct ways to get stronger. And after receiving the proper guidance and education and the right system that is proven, I hit PR's on my squat, bench, cleans (set a school record for cleans). Due to my dedication and hard work, I made the "Top 10 List" which consists of the total amount of weight lifted from your bench, squat, and cleans! I will never forget the day I saw my name on the wall and how happy I was with myself because all of the hard work truly paid off!

Then, I want to ask you... Right now, are you in the same situation I was? Wanting to increase your strength to become the strongest version of you YOU can be? Or maybe the strongest on your team or conference?

If you said yes to any of three questions, then look no further. You have found the right place that will help you every step of the way. With the Gridiron Strength & Conditioning Program, I took all of my years of experience and knowledge, along with the training I was taught to make this proven strength training program to help you.

And by the time you finish the Strength and Conditioning Program, you will…

1. Increased Upper Body Strength

2. Increased Lower Body Strength

3. Increased Overall Power

4. Strengthened Muscles, Tendons, Ligaments and Joints, Leading to Fewer Injuries

5. Increased Resting Metabolism

6. Improved Balance

7. Improved in Overall Flexibility

If you’ve been wanting to get stronger and improve your athleticism, then wait no more. I have the solution for your athletic success. It’s up to you to take it and put in the work. Please don’t think for a second being able to break past a plateau can’t work for you. If you’ve tried over and over again with no results, don’t give up! You need to trust me that we are in this together and I will be with you every step of the way.

I can’t wait to work together when you join the Gridiron family!

Yes, you can train with more than one of our programs at the same time. With that being said, you should listen to your boy and not over train and do the same exercise more than once in the same day.

Also, try to follow the workout schedule and get into a routine. I understand if unexpected things pop up out of your control, but being in a consistent routine will keep your child stay motivated and ready to put in work.

Finally, follow the Gridiron Nutrition Guide we are giving to you for free. Help your child by providing good quality, healthy foods and lots of water. This will help with your child recover faster between training sessions.

Of course, athletes receive exceptional results from our strength training program, but sports performance training is not about doing a 12-week program then sitting on then relaxing and playing video games until the start of season. The top athletes in the world train consistently to reach their fullest potential. I'm not saying you need to go all out every day of the year with no breaks. You need to continue to train to develop your athleticism. That is why we offer many different training options, such as a personal custom training plan, our speed and agility training app, and our flash speed training program at the completion of the Strength and Conditioning Program.
